Bloom: Virtual Sessions

Magnolia PT is proud to offer virtual visits. Sometimes it is next to impossible in your current season of life to make it into an office for an hour long appointment. Maybe you have a six week old newborn at home, kids are out of school, you have a full time job and can't miss work right now, or maybe do not live in the Charlotte area. Whatever the case, I can come meet you online. We'll see you soon!

VIRTUAL SESSIONS PROVIDE YOU WITH THE RESOURCES, SUPPORT, AND CARE YOU NEED NO MATTER WHERE YOU ARE LOCATED.
During 1-on-1 virtual sessions, clients will receive expert, personalized guidance on how to improve their pelvic health.  These sessions are a safe space for clients to ask specific questions and voice any concerns they may have about their pelvic health.

Clients may be educated on a variety of topics, such as anatomy and function of the pelvic floor, exercises to strengthen and relax pelvic floor muscles, tips and tricks to help manage bladder and bowel problems, pelvic and sexual pain, as well as menstrual, prenatal and postpartum care.  Through collaboration and discussion of client goals, we can build a clear and effective action plan to improve not only your pelvic health, but your overall health as well.

DON'T KNOW IF VIRTUAL IS RIGHT FOR YOU?

Coaching is ideal for clients who:

  • are looking to prevent pelvic floor dysfunction with pregnancy, birth, or normal aging

  • have experienced pelvic floor therapy and want to continue to maintain and further improve their gains

  • would like more support and accountability
